Biography
Jamera, MA, MHA, LCMHCA, LCASA, NCC, CSI, provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals navigating trauma, depression, addiction, justice involvement, grief, and religious or church-based abuse. She offers a full range of services including individual, family, group, adolescent and bariatric therapy, along with expressive arts therapy, music-based support, vocal coaching, and consulting. As an active member of NBCC, NCLCMHC, NCASPPB, and NCCADV, she brings trusted professional credentials and a deeply client-centered approach to every session.
